- Steam rice: Add 1 ⅔ cups of water with 1 cup of 18 Mixed Grains and cook in steamer or rice cooker for 20-30 minutes.
- With white rice: Add 5 ½ cups of water with 2 cup of 18 Mixed Grains and 3 cups of white rice. Cook in steamer or rice cooker.
- Porridge: Add 10 cups of water with 1 cup of 18 Mixed Grains and cook for 60 minutes or until all grains soften.
