RETURN POLICY
- Check Upon Receipt: Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them. If there are any damages or issues, contact us right away at +605 5276712 or email us at [email protected]. Claims must be made at the time of receipt; otherwise, they may not be accepted.
Home Delivery Issues: If you notice any damage or receive the wrong items, you can hand them back to the delivery driver on the spot. If you discover an issue after the driver has left, you have 7 days to post the item back to us with your receipt.
Exchange Eligibility: You can request an exchange if:
- The product is damaged or expired upon receipt.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- You find a defect after delivery (within 7 days).
Simply contact customer service within 7 days for assistance.
Parcel Loss and Tracking: We will not accept any complaints regarding loss or non-receipt of parcels after 7 days. Beyond this period, it is beyond our authority to address these issues, so please remain vigilant in tracking your delivery.
Exchange Process: We’ll inspect the returned product. If eligible, we’ll exchange it for a similar item, provided it’s in stock.
No Refunds: Please note, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds
