In these terms and conditions, “HHFIM” refers to Hei Hwang Food Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., and “Customer” refers to any individual, firm, company, or entity that places an order with HHFIM. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Pricing Accuracy
HHFIM strives to keep prices, product details, and availability on the website up to date. Prices include 6% GST and may change without prior notice. All orders are subject to HHFIM’s approval and product availability.Stock Availability

Order Process
After selecting a product on www.heihwang.com, you will be shown the total charges, including taxes (if applicable) and delivery fees.Payment
You must pay for your order in full at the time of purchase by providing valid credit card details. Ensure your account has sufficient funds to complete the transaction.Order Acceptance
We are not obligated to supply any product until we have accepted your order. Once accepted, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email, at which point a binding contract is formed.Right to Refuse or Cancel
Until we confirm your order, we reserve the right to refuse it, and you may also cancel it.
HHFIM Cancellation
HHFIM reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payments made. Refunds will be processed to your credit card, subject to your financial institution’s timeline.Customer Cancellation

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer and online transfer. (Visa and MasterCard are currently unavailable). Cash on delivery is not accepted.Pricing and Currency

Delivery Address
We will deliver your order to the address you provide during checkout. Orders are delivered via courier services or drivers appointed by HHFIM.Delivery Time Frame
- Peninsular Malaysia: 5–7 working days
- East Malaysia: Not available
While we aim to deliver within this time frame, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. HHFIM is not liable for any losses or expenses due to late delivery.
Delivery Confirmation and Risk
Upon delivery, you are required to sign for the product and inspect it for any damage or deficiencies. Once delivered, the risk of the product passes to you.Delivery Exceptions
In some cases, we may be unable to deliver to your location. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a cancellation or alternative delivery address.Delivery Charges
A flat rate of RM18 will apply to orders below RM50.Redelivery
If you’re unavailable during delivery, we may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.Address Changes

You can track your order via ABX Express at http://www.abxexpress.com.my. Any delivery updates or delays will be reflected there.
- Free gifts are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Hei Hwang Food Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute or modify any free gift without prior notice.
- Free gifts are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Any free gift offered is tied to specific purchase conditions, which must be fulfilled to qualify.
- In the event of any disputes, Hei Hwang Food Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make the final decision.
